The night before last, my 20 yr old came into my bed at 3a.m saying she couldn't sleep, felt she was having an anxiety attack and wanted to cuddle. She leaves tomorrow to go back to college. In two weeks on the 7th will be a year that Alan died and she got the worst phone call of her life. She's excited to go back, we're busy packing, we're feeling the roller coaster going faster. I'm so blessed that she was able to be here most of the summer. My mind says I'll be okay, my heart isn't listening.

I can't imagine walking this journey with little ones. Blessings to all of you.
