I am at 10 months+ and, sorry to say, still have days like you had today. All we can do us take a deep breath and get through it. I feel like it is one step forward, two steps back. I am hoping to graduate to two steps forward, one step back!

Six months is a hard one to tackle. Next week I will be at 1 year and I still have moments. Several people have pointed this out to me this week that 1 year is coming up. Each day gets a little better. You will have good days and bad. Keep your family near this will help.

the bad days pop up out of the blue. I am six months now and the last few days have been challenging. theres nothing to do but get through them. giving your self a three day weekend wont hurt anything. try and relax on your time off.

I feel that way too (drained). I thought it was due to struggling through daily life alone. I get bursts now and then, and I do so good for a while. But then I feel like I am back to square 1 again. I am not sure if this is all part of the grieving process or my struggles of living alone.

I am sure your set back as well as mine will fade away again. Hang in there my friend.

What you have experienced is pretty normal; and it may happen again from time to time. My experience was that the time between major melt downs grew so that the episodes were further and further apart. Be gentle with yourself. Six months is still very, very early on this path. Your body, mind and spirit are adjusting, allow them the time they need; and know that it does get better. Come here as often as you want or need to. We're here for you. Blessings always.

write about it. every time you feel anything but happy write!! you will be able to recgonize the things that upset you in any way and you will be able to learn how to work around them better. Once you can recgonize the issues ou can sold the issues.
