Update on Life Celebration

Hello everyone. Just wanted to update you on our family's Life Celebration we had Sunday night for my husband George. He would have been 65. Our children and their husband and wife and our two granddaughters came. We had the great seafood and stawberry shortcake that was George's favorite birthday meal. He always cooked the shrimp and our son took his Dad's place with that and did a great job. We toasted George and sent our love to him and sent balloons up. I think it was very healing for us. Wow, that seafood and strawberry shortcake sounds delectable. Tell you what if you give me the recipe for that i'll give you the recipe for my famous meatloaf and blueberry cobbler. How 'bout it?

Terry, be careful of any recipes from Sal...just be very-very careful. He's been telling us recently how tasty kittens are, so his "meatloaf" recipe should be checked a few times?!

What a wonderful way to celebrate the life of such a wonderful man...with his family.

I'm so glad it brought many war m memories and family love. He was there watching you all with his own very big smile.
