I made it through the day at work without actually strangling anyone today. Though I will say I came close, one of my co-workers tried to take over one of my customers because of what they said. But I refused the help and dealt with the customer.

I work in the cell phone industry and a lady came in screaming about how her phone was not working, I apologized and said I could help and held done the power and home button (apple product) and reset it. She states you don't understand this is my phone I would sooner lose a loved one than go with out my phone......

My co worker and my manager both made a run at me lol to me it was comical and I told them it was ok I could handle this. After 45 seconds I had her phone working and as I handed it back I politely said. Here is your phone and I hope you never have to know the answer to your statement. By the way I would give up the phone my wife died three weeks ago today I would rather have my wife. Then I walked away as she stood there.
