Yes! I'm so ready for this list and am going to work on every single one of them. I love the quotes and want to live them. I crave a mindset change- postive change.FEAR is an enemy of mine and I'm trying to swtich it to Feeling Excited/Energized And Ready. Postive thinking is starting to change my life- it's taken 2 and 1/2 years, but I'm moving in the right direction. I truly believe this can change lives- but you're right Paula, you have to be ready for it, and that's o.k. Peace to everyone's heart.

I had a friend post this on his FB wall the other day. I read it then and I read it again today. Such good advise. For me the one that stuck out the most in my mind and gave me reason for pause was the one that says to quit living your life for others. I need to remind myself that I deserve to be happy, and that what I need is important. I find I always try to live up to others expectations of me rather than what I really need for myself.

I had to read it twice, and then read the explanations again. Give up the past and give up attachments doesn't mean what I thought at first glance. Everything else I try to live. One of them reminds me of an exercise I sometimes use when trying to build teamwork on work teams. I have some buttons that can be pinned on individual's shirts that say "I am right." I ask everyone to put one on as we come in and get seated. Before we begin the work I ask everyone to take his/her button off and put it in the center of the table. All of us have to discard OUR need to be right. It certainly helps with listening to understand others before we try to be understood! Thanks for the post. Darleen
