"As long as I can I will look at this world for both of us. As long as I can I will laugh with the birds, I will sing with the flowers, I will pray to the stars, for both of us". ~Sascha, as posted on motivateus.com
My husband has not "visited" me but my mom and dad come to me often. I look forward to their visits. It is very comforting. When I "see" them, they look young and healthy. I believe that they are happy and free from earthly shackles. That eases the pain of losing them. I hope soon you can remember the sweet memories and learn to hold him in your heart, rather than feeling the ache in your arms for his touch. Hugz, Sharon
I believe our spirit body visits the spirit world while we are deep in the delta sleep. Our reality is based on our degree of vibration. In the spirit realms, the vibration is higher and as such our spirit selves. Meditation can also help with spirit communication.
I experience his presence all the time in various ways including flickering lights (earlier after his passing), shadows, stars, sensing his presence strongly and moving objects.
The one thing that I haven't experienced, but many have, is having him visit as an aparition by appearing in front of me to some varying degree either solid or transparent. I feel strongly that this will happen sometime.
Thank you for all of your input. I need to lift my spirit so I can lift others, including those in both planes of existence.
