I watched about half of a movie on Showtime last evening that was made in 2013. I actually watched it in 2013 and it was not an easy watch, because of the subject matter. I also found it very relevant. It was titled, "The Face of Love" starring Annette Benning and Ed Harris. I do not want to tell anyone to watch it or not, but here is what it is about. It is about the loss of a spouse. It may be more interesting to those over 50. Annette Benning is a widow at about 5 years and has not gotten over it. She meets a man that is a dead ringer for her deceased husband and starts seeing him. She does not tell him that he looks exactly like her husband. It is an interesting film. Not an easy watch for me, but does bring up some issues that I am still dealing with. Because my husband looked very much like a well know celebrity, and he was told that often when people met him, I found myself watching a movie shortly after he died, with his look alike just to see him moving.
