Take comfort in that sign - your husband is with you and he wanted you to know it!! Hope you have a better day today..

The being all alone in your own home where they once were to me is the loneliest feeling. I pray for a sign things will be ok.
Shortly after my second year passed I settled into a peaceful resignation to "this is my life" and decided to make the most of it. My thoughts will be with you as you pass this second marking of the loss of your husband. I can only wish you peace..
Hugs Linda
When I first read it, I thought of mistletoe, kiss under the mistiletoe.
It sounds like he is telling you yes he still loves you and here is a kiss to prove it.
So every time your in the kitchen (even when your mistletoe is gone). Remember he is still sending you kisses from Heaven.
I agree that a big chunk of us is gone forever with our spouse and my hope is that I can rebuild a new me that I am comfortable with so I can enjoy life again as my husband would want me to. He will also be an important part of that but in a different capacity.
Thinking of you as we come into the holidays
I'm so happy for you, and your mistletoe!!! what a lovely gift to get!
Mistltoe was a swet memory for Greg and myself as well. Thank you for giving me a sweet memory to remember too!
HUGS to you Kathleen, and In hope as you pass your two year milestone, you will have warm memories, and although it will never be the same, I hope for peace in your heart.
