1) My mom is back in hospital, severe chest pains, trying to figure out whats next step. I have been trying to find pt job its hard when u are upset!!!
2) got additional bill from attorney $1,984.50!!! I wrote letter denied sev. phone calls to him from me, attorney to other attorney cuz most of it was no communication from him NOT getting this over with. So I assumed it was over when he said NO i have to write up probate finalization papers, get them to sign it, bla bla bla...I told him to take TEDRA agreement to court & have judge sign off on it - he did but not before he put $$$ into other paperwk. I figured I was looking at 5-800 more, so I deducted $540 off on the excess phone calls w/explanation if he w/have gotten this done 7 1/2 mos ago none of my calls w/have been needed. So now I am $300 over what I expected - I can live with that not $1,000.00 over!!!
Hope he accepts it - BUT probate is final. AND I am sticking to my explanations to him. Everyone here thinks I wrote up good solid contestment.

Sorry about the "new" bill...it sounds as though you handled it and got it whittled down a bit.
I am with the previous poster....I would wait for a bit for the PT job until you know what is happening with your mom.
