start of another work week

as you've heard me write here before these are my hardest hours. Deep breathe, second cup of coffee and I'm ready to log on now. Wishing everyone a little bit of peace today

Is it the getting up and getting ready? Or the drive in the car, trapped with your thoughts? Or is it the frustration that everyone else is going along like normal and can't see the giant hole in your heart and your life?

Or, is it all of these in varying degrees?

I get it.

At a little over a year, I will tell you that it will fluctuate between better and worse, but eventually the worse will not be as horrible as it is in the beginning.

You will find a lot of support here, that's why am back.

it's the actual work day, i think it is mostly because I am not on my own time and can't just move on to something else when I need a distraction and I work in the insurance industry and look at clinical information all day and right now that is just very hard, I'll see something that hits too close to home or a Dr's name that is familiar etc. It's just a hard thing right now. Some things are harder than others and for me the working hours of my day are the roughest. So now that lunch break is over back to work until 6:00. Thankfully I work from home so I dn't have to deal with the getting ready, driving in very often.
