I will be spending the night outside in Shane's Memorial Garden, watching the meteor shower. It was something we would have enjoyed together...

My skies are clear but City lights take out so much...I am also in MI , but would have to take a ride out in the country to get a good view.

Enjoy the view and send a wish on the cosmic highway.

Used to do that as kids - used to take a blanket out in the backyard for the Persieds and the Orionids when we were kids. I wanted to do that here, but we wound up with rain and clouds instead. I always remember the "wish upon a falling star" thing, too. Hope you see a bunch!

First time I saw this, I was t airport in Lansing, MI, with a bunch of friends, laying on hood of car. It scared me so much, I thought the sky was falling. I started crying, and they took me home...lol
