My husband Matt knew me so well, could see without me explaining much, and on a top of that he was exceptionally versed in his knowledge base, consulting with him very instrumental in my decision making. Besides. he was well informed , it was like having live encyclopedia to draw from.
And the most important, it was like having a guardian, protection from hasty decision, and shared responsibility reduced the fear of mistakes, so more decisions and actions were done during our marriage
I am still grieving. for this reason I am not ready to make major decisions. Being sole decision maker around daily issues is one thing, but the ones that can backfire me, make me paralyzed and reluctant. So, I totally understand this another aspect of loss,

Although I'm glad to hear your reality comes in the form of pills to swallow. Mine are more like pointy cement bricks that usually catch me with a corner to the pre-frontal cortex! (I swear if they have color they'd be RED).
We'll be your sounding board if you'll be ours! deal?
I know what you mean it is just so hard to do everything alone.
