So excited first dream about hubby 6 months ad

This morning my first dream, I was in bed with him at the hospital, he had his arms around me and we were sleeping. Our dog was in the dream also, it was so real and felt so good, I woke up thinking the dog must be laying behind me. Oh thank you Lord I so needed that. Thanks to all who share their dreams and events, makes us more aware.

Thank you for sharing. A few nights after my husband passed, I also had a dream that we were holding each other and hugging and telling each other how much love we felt. Wish it could have been real...

Michael passed in December & I still have not had a dream that I remember. I have woken a couple times to a relaxed and happy feeling. Maybe that was it..I don't know. I go to bed most nights telling him I love him and if he comes to visit to please wake me up so I remember but he hasn't yet. I can hear him in my memory "I'll see what I can do." lol

Isn't this the best feeling. To have a dream that feels so real. I too had a dream shortly after my husband died. I could feel him hugging me with his arms around me. The only bad part was that it hasn't happened again. Just that one time. Lately I have been having dreams where he comes back. It was all a mistake & he didn't die. The dreams seem so real & I wake up actually thinking everything was just a mistake & he will be coming home. How weird is that???

Hold on to that feeling of your dream with his arms around you. When I had my dream I took it as my husband telling me things would be ok & that he was watching over me and our children. Could your husband be telling you the same thing? Take care & keep the strength.

It's so wonderful when they come to us in our sleep. It hasn't happened to me frequently in the 6 months, but when it has, I've woken with an overwhelmingly feeling of warmth and peace, like she has wrapped me in her love.

Relish it when it happens.

I've had one dream, where we were hand in hand walking along a riverside with sunshine glinting off the water, when she lets go and walked away, it seemed so poignant, as if she was saying goodbye.

thanks everyone. I talked to my cousin who lost her husband a couple of years ago, she said he appeared to her in dreams twice, her dad once. Setting on her bed talking. so neat. Many have these experiences but do not talk about them. I think they are great.
