The last time we were forced to clean off our roof was 6 yrs ago...
but recently I got 2 feet of snow and really wet and heavy.
My SIL and his father and my granddaughter helped me shovel it off well most of it enough to not worry about the load. ANd 8 more inches thus far...we were tiold this yr it was to be drier yr because of LA NINO ha ha it finally came and came and came and still coming.
Decided to hit the local Whistl Jack Lodge use their wifi and eat a burger...and Smith and Wesson....I have been home for the last 1 and a half wks. Luckily I only live 4 miles from here....
From Mt orignally snow is no big deal....
So you do it...this is the idea of my theme...

I do run our snowblower, though. It was either use it or sell it, so I got out the Instruction Manual and away I went.
A neighbors old chicken house he kept hay in collapsed under the weight of the wet snow. I saw it when I finally went to town today. We worry more about black ice on the roads here from all the freezing and thawing. I stayed home since Xmas, glad to get out today on clear roads!
