Cindy asked DS to delete her account on 23 August. I hope she will come back in time.

I miss them both - I have tried to find Cindy because I hadn't seen a post from her for awhile and was worried. Hope all is well with both Cindy and Colleen. Thanks for letting us know. Karen

Cindy sent me an email when she left DS.
I answered her, but she never wrote back.
I think of her all the time, and I hope she's okay.

I hope this means that both feel well enough to move on. Many good wishes going to them.

I received an email from Cindy right before she left. She felt that her Husband had been attacked and was not comfortable staying on DS.

Perception is a personal thing and she percieved someone had insulted her DH.

I hope all is going well for her, she has so much with her little ones.

I, too, was very saddened when the two of them left. I received emails from both of them but unfortunately the one from Cindy I did not receive immediately and I think she had already cancelled her account by the time I replied. I have been in contact with Colleen through regular email, however.

This is one of the down sides of this form of communication. We cannot "see" each other to gauge the manner in which something is being said and I think that sometimes we misinterpret people.

I noticed sheps wife was gone too. I am concerned as she has so much on her. This site is so helpful, just hope she is ok. I wish she and Colleen nothing but the best.

I have heard from Cindy and she is not doing very well. Cindy was a stay at homewife and mother who not only lost her love but also her financial support and the feeling that someone has her back. What makes it so sad is we were her support when she needed it most. I realize that we have never met in person, however, our profound sense of loss has bonded us all together as if we were in away family. When I think of Cindy I imagine her sitting at the computer reaching out for understanding and unconditional support. This road that we are all on will be walked differently with all of us. Some of us will craw while others will run. What remains the same regardless of the means traveled in the end result of internal peace.

I miss shepswife too. I'm sorry she took the comments to heart. Unfortunately someone in the early days of grief isn't thinking clearly, I know, sometimes I'm still that way.

I hope she is doing well, and if someone is in contact tell her to come back when she is ready. We are all here for her.

Sad to hear about them all leaving. My sister told me in the earlier stages of this that "it depended on which way the wind was blowing as to whether you get upset or not". And she was absolutely right. Someone would say something to me one day and it would be OK, the net time it may upset me. So I try to let it roll off my back and just think "they don't understand it yet" But we will all go through this sooner or later. I pray they are OK.

I also miss them both and hope they will return. We all learn from each other, support each other. It means the world to me to be able to log on and read and post messages. We are all in different stages of grief and it helps to know one day we will be able to make it through.
