Hi Sharon. Sorry for your loss. I lost my husband about 7 months ago to a heart attack. I was 45 at the time (now 46 after having the dreaded first birthday without him). Still lots to work through. Oh, I just saw how this works, thanks Katie, I'm so sorry you lost your husband. My husband was 48 and also died of a heart attack. You made it through that first birthday, all those firsts are so hard aren't they. Hang in there, you're going to be oK. Glad I found you, I'm going to try and sleep now.

Hi Sharon, I am sorry for your very difficult loss, but would like to welcome you to the group. Lately the site has been undergoing some design changes which made it more difficult to use. But many of us are still here and are listening. Feel free to vent or ask a question here.

yeah, as you can see I was having a tough time last night trying to understand how the website works. :} Then I figured out that I had messages, and they were so incredibly nice and helpful. Hey Sharon.....just wanted to say hello and that you've found a home here with us....those who are walking the same path as you.....four years or four months.....we all heal differently and at our own pace.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Some days are just worse than others. Eventually though, the good days will out number the not so good!
Feel free to talk about anything that you need to, there is surely someone here who has answers to help guide you on this journey.
