I have been so depressed the last few days, I made a decision not to go to church today because I can't stop crying. My SON and DIL were going to go to church with me (they are not regular attenders), but when I told them last night I just couldn't go, I begged them to go ahead without me. But then, they did not go because I didn't. Mid-morning this morning, Easter, my DAUGHTER called and asked why I wasn't at church. I asked her where she was and she was at my church with her husband and children. They don't go to church but were going to surprise me today and be with me there.
What a screwed up day, thanks to grief. I could have been with my whole family at church.
I listened to 3 sermons on TV and felt that I had worshipped God and thanked him for Jesus' resurrection. I AM happy for all the families who made it to church and shared the day together.

I am sorry though for your depressed state of mind, while I was also sad & wished things were different, I can not change that but sigh and take one little step to go on. HUGS for a better tomorrow
