I feel there are two aspects to our losses, the emotional and the practical or right brain/left brain. My practical side "gets it", it knows shes gone and not coming back and I need to take care of the house, pay bills, etc. The emotional side still hasn't been able to grasp that she is gone, it just doesn't seem real or possible. I feel as though I really can't move forward until I can emotionally grasp it. But each time I try to do it even a little, the emotional pain and the true loss is overwhelming and sends me on a downward spin again. I may be trying to hard instead of letting it come naturally.

Be well,
