I have to share with someone, I have been stressing because I was not sure I could keep my place with such a high payment, although I did not owe that much the payments for that period left were too high for just my income. It took forever it seems to get someone to even consider refinancing for that small amount. BUT my payments including taxes and insurance will be $354.50 and no where can you rent a place for that.
I can do this, feed my two horses, dog and cat and me. AND pay my car insurance and live.......This is small enough I can add more to it and in case I can't I can do this....
AND if I decide to sell later I won't owe that much to pay off, and can think about what or where or whatever when it comes to me.
I thank GOD I prayed and prayed things would be easier.
