I'm reading the "Seven Choices" book that Cliffskat mentioned in another post, and I find it right on target! Actually, I'm reading every book I can get my hands on that others have recommended. They're all good in one way or another. If you're looking for some help in book form, here are some ideas:

" Healing After Loss" is also good. My sister-in-law gave me that one. Her husband died about 5 yrs ago. Mark (my sweetie) died last April.
