I am a widow who loss my husband at a very young age. I still can't believe he's gone it was a tragic accident of death. My husband and I were farmers, and it was storming and raining October 9th he was trying to shut the vent on the grain bin, and he slipped and fell off the grain bin. I was asleep and my father in law came in the house and said Sarah can you get up and there's something bad that happened and I need you to set down. So I set down on my chair and he said Sarah Eric is gone and he told me what happened and was hugging me tight I was bursting into tears. Then my father in law said I need you to call your mom because he had to go back outside for the ambulance. I was trying to get ahold of my mom with my home phone because are cellphone never got good service and of all days my home phone wasn't working from the storm. I finally got ahold of my cellphone and was trying to tell her what had happened and she was thinking my father in law was the one gone and I said no mom Eric. She started bursting into tears and said I will be there asap. She called my dad and brother who were working that day and they all came in our house hugging me tight and crying. I just still can't believe he's gone I know everything happens for a reason and we don't know why. I do know in the bible the Lord takes good care of widows and orphans. I just have to tell myself everyday Eric is now in a much better place then all of us and someday I will meet him again and next till eternity!! He is now my guardian angel in heaven. I will love him forever and ever! I hope and pray someday I will be willing to fall in love with someone else, time will tell. I'm not ready yet, and don't know if I ever will be.
