Some of my dreams are way too funny...like the one I had last night where Mike was running the local grocery store and into all things organic. He would never touch anything organic. There were no sodas in the store and no chips. Believe me it was funny.

Before I go to sleep, I always ask my husband for a visitation. I don't always have one, but he sometimes leaves a sign that he is still here with me.

Cliff still regularly shows up in my dreams. Sometimes they are strange, sometimes they are very mundane - like he can just be there sitting and reading the paper. Other times it is something outrageous. My dreams have run the full gamut - from nightmares in the early days to erotic to you-name-it. It took about 4 months to have a good dream of him I think. I dreaded sleep because of the nightmares. I was so glad when they eased up and I finally started having the good dreams.

I've had quite a few dreams about Matt and I love them so much, even the really weird ones. The last one I had he took me into this weird shop that was like a casino/pet shop, he handed me a clear tuppaware box with a strange yellow lizardy looking creature in it, I have no idea what it was but it was really cute, we then started bickering over what we would call it, I think we eventually decided on Monty. Every night before I go to sleep I ask him to come see me

Yes I also have dreams of my husband. The very first time that he came to me was just before the visitation. I was laying awake when all of a sudden he was standing there. He asked me to dance (something that we both loved to do - last two wedding we went to he was not strong enough to dance) as we danced he told me that he loved me, he would always be there and don't be afraid that I would be fine. I opened my eyes and he was gone. Other times he just visits, never really saying anything to me.

I pray for dreams, that one day I'll be able to see Matthew, but I have not had a dream since his accident. All I want is a visit so I can see him again and hear his voice and laughter.

I love to dream and hope to see my husband every night but rarely get to. Or when I do it's just like another day from long ago. I think my favorite thing to do is sleep & dream now.

Even if I only catch a glimpse of my wife I find dreams comforting. Nightly I hope she appears in them. Occasionally she does. Gerald

I haven't remembered a dream in probably 20 yrs so after he passed & I read how they communicate in dreams I was really sad cuz I figured I'd never see or hear from him again. BUT....about 3 times now I have woken up feeling really good and smiling . I'm pretty sure it was him. I just wish I could remember because like you I have no video and I really miss the sound of his voice.
I'm hoping as the stress goes down that maybe I will see him.

I was dreaming of Aaron regularly which was comforting. Just seeing him there like normal is precious. I understand where you're coming from.
