Widows & Widowers Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have lost a husband, wife, or partner. Anything is open for discussion here, with the hope that we can focus on grief, bereavement, life after loss, and continuing on after a great loss.

if you are putting one foot in front of the other, then (as Meg said) you ARE a warrior.
with new health issues added on to my grief, sometimes I can't.
I am right there with you being alone. Literally. My step daughter moved in briefly then right back out with a guy she knew for about a month. She has done this over and again over the years but I was thinking lossing her mom would have shaken her up. My family have all passed baaically over the years. I have a uncle who is in his seventies.
It is very very hard, but God has shown me some things latley that has given me hope that it will be O.K. I'll rebuild this life with His blue print. With HIm I will never be alone. Please take care.
Peace, Tim
It is a dark road we are all traveling. At 8 month today since
I lost my wife, I wish I could offer some advice but I am like
most others on this site. The type and lever of pain is
something I never knew existed until now.
I am encouraged to note you have not lost your faith. That
is very important as you continue to take it hour by hour and
day by day.
Take advantage of this group and the other one ( Widows /
Widowers of Faith ) on this same site. Everyone you meet
will understand what you are going through. I have been
helped through some rough patches over the past several
months.
Blessings to you as you are in my thoughts.
