That is something I would enjoy too. We had a camper and loved to go camping.
My husband & I never went on a cruise & I have been thinking it would be nice to go on one with my grown kids. A christmas cruise. We are going to talk about it.

I cooking dinner for my son, his family and his in-laws and brother-in laws. That aught to keep me busy!

Can you believe I donT have a clue?? We always had dinner split up with my kids, us, and my brothers family. Now it's difficult because both Art and I have adult children and grandchildren.
On top of that my brother normally takes Christmas and his mother-in-law was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that's terminal. So we are at a loss of what we will be doing. To me the holidays are all about family and I want both of us with our famlies. Sharon

I am excited as last Christmast was a fog for me. This year I already have the tree and stockings hung, my daughter will be home for college break on the 15th and her boyfriend will come for Christmas eve, we will go to church on christmas eve along with my mom and brother. we will open gifts and go to moms for christmas breakfast. Its diffierent in that we always hosted at our home. But I am excited, I always loved Christmas as did Donald and our daughter and in his honor I will always continue to love it, I will send my mother in law flowers, that was a tradition that naturally i slept through last year. I am moving forward

Can I come camping?? I will cook the food and walk the pets and tell stories around the fire.

I am staying home with pup and bird. Too much drama with family and do not have Wayne to cover my back.

Since I boycotted last year I plan to enjoy the wonder and amazement and joy of Christmas through my children's eyes. They are 18 months old and I am not going to let anyone get me down. I do however have handy the holiday survival guide from grief share that I plan to consult.

Your plans sound cool. One day I want to go away to a tropical destination over the holidays. Right now it boils down to finances.

I started hosting Christmas Eve in my home for the family. I don't need to travel anywhere, and not spending it alone. If I want to have a meltdown, I wait til they leave, grab a glass of wine, perch in the recliner with my cat and cry until I can't cry any longer.

My stepdaughter and family moved out of state, so this will be my first Xmas alone. Not too upset about it though. I have God.

This is my first Christmas without him. We usually spent it quietly together. This year I'm going to NY to spend it with my father, brother & family and sister & family. That should help a lot. I haven't spent a Christmas with my own family since 1983, so this will really be 'something different' for me, and yet so comforting. Thank you God.

I am totally alone this Christmas - No family left, friends all out of town. Just the budgies and me. So a good book, a can of tuna, and I shall wear red pajamas in case Santa comes to visit....

I was going to sell my camper but got tired of people who wanted it for nothing. And than my son said Mom is you move near us we go camping alot so keep it, plus you may need to stay in it if you sell your plae while waiting to get another.

FOR Chrismas I am gonna do the same I did last year. Good book, tv, something good to eat, warm fire, my dogs and me...I just donot feel festive and grandkids here are busy as teens. AND it is just fine with me...
