Despite all the prayers my old neighbor has passed away Friday evening, he had been so sick for so long. Things were looking up but than bile backed up into his lungs....he was just too weak to fight anything more
BUT what is interesting he two days prior told his wife he tried to commit suicide he had enough....but he heard his mother telling him he needed to stay for Linda (wife) so he came back...
I am glad his suffering is over - he was going to be invalid for ever I think and it would have taken its toll on her even more but what is sad we moved them from large place into mobile home park for elderly and she is 68 while he was 82 - she is not happy - and now she has to stay and make it her home without him ever getting to go there....
SO its bittersweet...

She is so lucky to have YOU to hold hetr hand through what she is about to go through. In that alone, she is already gifted.
With YOU as a friend, she will get through this, one step at a time. We all know what she is feeling, and are thinking of her...and YOU.
