Mourning is more than recovering from death, it is recovering life. We chase after solace, resolution.....an end to the pain. There is nothing to chase after. To find life again, we need only go back to ourselves.

I am slowly finding the me that was before my husband....I have amazed myself remembering how this is how I used to be...and realized how being w/him changed that part of me. I told myself this morning while outside weed and feeding the pasture enjoying being out I am never going to let anyone ever again stop me from being me again....I never realized I did it but so easy to do....
I feel the same as you....no stopping me now.... beginning to love
myself and who I am becoming ? or going back to ? makes no
difference ....
