My husband and life partner passed away unexpectedly on Dec, 26, 2017. I totally understand what you are feeling. There are times that I cry for no other reason than then I miss him so much. I miss his scent, his laugh, his touch, his facial expressions, and so much more. Life is very lonely without him in it. I look at the photos of us together which bring me both joy and pain. The joy is from the memories that are captured and the pain is from knowing that there will not be any new memories of us to capture in pictures again. I will not tell you what folks have told me so many times that I am very tired of hearing it which is that it gets easier as time passes. I will tell you to do whatever you need to do to help you with your grief. It might be walking, visiting a place that you and he liked to go to, hugging a grandchild, talking to family about him, and happy moments that you experienced together. Do whatever it is that helps you move through life safely without him.
I wish you safety and good health.
