I had to take the baby to his ped check up today and he always plays in the playroom, so today he did as always. When we went 6 months ago they only had a few books and toys, well today they had a lot of cool new ones and he found a lawnmower and was having so much fun pushing it around the office! After he'd played with it about 10 or so minutes I was looking at him and the tears just started coming and not sniffles but crying; I was trying to keep it in as much as possible so the parents wouldn't look at me like I was crazy. Him pushing that lawn mower looked exactly like my husband the last time I saw him pushing our lawn mower :( My husband and I had started his dream of owning a landscaping company; he loved getting all dirty and he looked even cuter all sweaty <3 We were doing okay and he was so happy then they awful Sunday night came...How cool it'd be if our baby grows up and wants to follow in his papa's footsteps!!

Hello Gregsbaby,
I understand meltdowns....... I arrived at work early today and I had a few minutes. I opened up facebook. On Facebook it came up Mark and Amy(my wife) are celebrating 6 years of friendship on Facebook... That was it. I closed my door and full on tears. The rest of the day has gone down hill from there. I am sure my coworkers think that I am a lunatic (and I might be, but that is something completely different).... Trying my best to hold it together (and obviously not succeeding)....
Minute by Minute, Hour by Hour, Day by Day.....

Those come swooping in out of the blue like a sledge hammer to the heart! Last night while in aqua fit I had a melt down. It's been over 3.5 years and you would think that I would have things under control by now. Well towards the end, the male instructor looked at the group composed of women only and started with comments of "we need more men in this group, where are your husbands, I bet they are on the couch..." That did it , I started crying and had to work hard to regain control.

i started to break down yesterday when in a local coffee shop the cashier started asking so many questions, i found myself to get irratated and walked out to my car crying. It really is a min by min, hour by hour situation because later on in the day i was laughing, but still crying. It's a roller coster. Prayers

That is one of the things that I hope to get under control - the tears that come when you least want them to. Once they start, I can't control them! I just passed the one year mark and hoped the tears would be under control by now, but not so far!

ruth999 I just passed the one year mark too in August and the tears keep rolling, but it's okay! I was out and about today and saw a man that had the same build and wore his hat just like him and I started to tear up but no meltdown this time.
