I've lost my husband June 21st. I'm broken and lost. I know I need to be strong for my children but it's so hard to. I feel numb all the time though i smile for the children and family's sake.
Many bonds of sympathy to you <3. Children are good listeners during such hard times. In the early days of my grief, my adult children were, and still are, very thoughtful and gentle. I cannot tell how many listening sessions I've gone through with them. :-) Just as with my late husband, each of our children inherited his gentle unselfish side. I am blessed for this, and I pray and hope for you a hearing ear to support you during this mind-blowing time of grief. The love is certainly enough. God be with you!
