Either I sleep 10 or 12 hours, or I’m awake for up to 60 hours. It’s a vicious cycle. It seems like there is nothing that is important anymore. So, I totally understand what you are going through. Coming to this site to share your feelings or to read what others have to say is very helpful. It truly helps to talk about it. I hope it will give you some peace to be here too. It was not long enough.
My husband died suddenly in bed with me before dawn, the same week as our 41st anniversary. It was all a blur,.. it is over 2 1/2 yrs later for me. You've been sawed in half and its a slow bleed.
