Dave Ramsey radio show talks about using Local Endorsed Providers for selling your home/buying even health insurance. A friend told me about listening to him on the radio so I filled out his form
He sent me two local real estate agents he recommends as LEPS as they are called - I inquired as to exactly what that means...

Seems he feels they give you the best of service....so i inquited about health insurance one he sent me name of a person 88 miles away from me, so I emailed him asked for one closer to my town...will see

Has anyone else heard of Dave Ramsey and this?

I love Dave Ramsey and have been following his radio show for years. Thankfully, Brian and I were working on our debt snowball long prior to Brian's passing. Thanks to Dave Ramsey and our pre-planning, I am financially secure. Since 2005, we had paid cash for everything and were almost out of debt when Brian passed away. I refinanced the house with Churchill Mortgage which is Dave's choice for refinancing and their service was everything he advertised and they got me a good rate and payment. I cut a number of years off my new mortgage and lowered my payment at the same time. I will be able to have the house paid for before I retire in 12 years.

At your local library, you might be able to find the Total Money Makeover which is one of his best selling books. He also sponsors financial Peace University that many churches offer on financial planning.

I am not familiar with Dave Ramsey...but I really don't listen to radio talk shows. LEP's is Local Enterprise Partnerships and covers many things beyond realestate and insurance.

Dave Ramsey has an afternoon radio program where I live in Florida. He is tops in money management and has YOUR interests at heart! He has proved he is the real deal. I took his course, and through several maneuvers, I can shout (which is his custom on his program) "I'm debt free!!!" I'm 65,but it sure was worth it not to have to worry at this age and stage of life (being alone). Joe and I were absolutely on the same page when it came to handling finances and spending money. We never had any money arguments. I am blessed, I know it.
