I am sorry for the flooding, but glad you are able to stay there-----.
These times when our sadness and grief overcome us are difficult, tiring, and a part of our lives. I had a pretty crummy day yesterday---not much energy today, but better.
Love and Hugs,

And yes, it all triggers more grief. I think I feel angry, frustrated and sorry for myself that I now am solely responsible for all these things.
My second son just graduated from high school this past week and it most definitely triggered a grief burst. The dance was at the hotel beside my husband's office and we used to lunch there regularly. Also all the people I had not seen since his passing had to approach me and pass on condolences. It was exhausting. The next day I actually took a 1/2 dose of sedative and stayed in bed for most of the day.
Grief sucks.
Wishing you peace T. You are not alone.
