Good Luck
As we continue our life here on earth, we are overwhelmed by our circumstances, our emotions.
After my husband died, I was advised me to do something, have an activity planned on special days.
It helps not to be alone the entire day.
Life is throwing us a major challenge, it sounds like you have extended family members that can help fill days/hours.
Grief is part of our journey, don't let it define you. We all have various ways, avenues to cope. A local hospital or church may sponsor a grief support group.
Remember you are special.

We can't help how we feel. We get tired of faking smiles. It's hard. You sound like a strong person. Sometimes, the strongest people that are always there for everyone else needs the hugs. And that's OK.
