So glad you got that book. I have read that one so many times and it had so many things in it that were the way I was feeling. I often couldn't sleep at night so I would wake up and read that book for awhile until I fell back asleep. Every stage of my grief allowed me to identify with a different part of the book.

I read about 20 different books on grief. That one was by far the best. Lots of hugs to you as you work through these (so hard) days and months.

Grief is hell. Grief in winter is dark and cold hell.....still hell...only harder.

That's the one that helped me the most. The others I read or tried to read I just could not connect to at all. That one was like having a friend to walk me through it - not telling me what to do but helping me find my way through it. She includes other people's stories, too, and I found myself in so many of those as well.
