This should be a happy thing, but it's not. I booked a cruise with my best girlfriend for the week that would be mine and Chad's Anniversary. The cruise he and I wanted to take. She wants to get me away, which I agree I need, I thought I'd be excited! I was, but then I got sad. I will get back two days before his 6 month anniversary, which is the day before our anniversary :( I know he would want me to go, and I know he will be with us the whole way. This is part of our bucket list, so I have to gather some of his stuff to take pictures with when we go, but I know it will be a bittersweet trip.

The part of it that makes me happy is that I can hopefully collect a couple shells and start the shell project for our bedroom and the beach sand project he and I wanted to do (all the beach destinations we take sand), two other bucket list items. The shells his family is helping with. We live in a beach destination, but our stuff doesn't count, just the shells maybe :)

Any warnings or things I need to consider? I want to be prepared for my emotions (and my sea sickness).
