Place your hand and draw on piece of paper
On your thumb = Worry (stress, tension)
Next finger = Fear ( connected to digestion and back)
Middle finger = Anger (frustration, indecision, fatigue)
next second to last finger = Sadness (grief, relationship, breathing)
Little finger = Trying too hard (heart)
Each finger is connected to different organs, emotions and attitudes
Hold the finger connected to the emotion you wish to calm or organ you wish to heal for 3 - 5 minutes while breathing deeply
If you want total body harmonization go through all fingers on each hand
