my hubby died 06/8/2016. he had ptsd and the 12yrs were hell, but i loved him so much and thought i could help him. well stay with him i did, and it was hell physcial abuse and verbal abuse, mental abuse. six years ago i told him that i was leaving him.
he followed me and my 36year daughter to TN, and he went to the VA, they put him on medciation for PTSD, Depression, and anxiety. you would not beleive he was the same man ,and he really tryed to be loving and said he was the new Carl, and he was not kidding he was not the the same man. i couldn't beleive he was the same man for the last 7 years of his life, he made me the happiest woman in the world
about a year ago he started coughing and could stop coughing he went to the VA,they did a MRI, CT SCAN, blood work and lung bisopy,MRI, and many kinds of cough medicane that did not work. on june 2nd he was throwing up blood, called the ambulance for him. they tried all kinds of antibotics and steriods and fungs medicanes in the hosptal . june 8th 2016 he died and they still could not diagnose the infection that killed him. on the death cerficate they put interstital lung diease.
it's not fair that i went 12 years of abuse and then he changed into the sweetest man alive and we were so happy for us and how much he changed and then he dies. i will always love him, thank god i have my daughter and my fur-baby tabitha to cry on.
