It may always hurt, but as a cut, it scabs over, may scar, or may always hurt, but it doesnt keep you from living, as best you can given the circumstances. Today especially it hurts for me too, you are not alone. I will probably will always be a little sad over the loss of my husband, but his love lives within me forever. much love and hugs, carla

I agree it hurts like nothing I've ever felt before. It's only been six weeks since my husband went on a new adventure. Our first Thanksgiving, Christmas and upcoming NYE without each other. But, as Carla stated and I've been told by others, in time the pain eases up. Just, take it a moment at a time, be it 5 mins, 30, mins an hour to a day at a time. Do what you need to do and not what others think you should do. I know it's the way I'm dealing with it. Praying for us all!
