This community is dedicated to those who have lost a husband, wife, or partner. Anything is open for discussion here, with the hope that we can focus on grief, bereavement, life after loss, and continuing on after a great loss.
I'm finally settled into my new apartment. I'm on the 3rd floor with no elevator so it's definetly making me diet. I bought a stairclimber shopping cart to make it easier carrying groceries. The thing sort of climbs the stairs and I can get about 6 bags of groceries inside.
I'm having plenty of computer problems and the usual Comcast problems. Such a sad group the comcast people are. The guy comes out and asks can he get upstairs. He wanted to make sure someone was home. I told him no one lives on the roof. He looked at me blankly for a second before understanding that he was on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor building.
Thanks to everyone for helping me get through all the drama with losing my husband and dealing with my father. It really helped.
Okay, I'm off to enjoy the peace and quiet of the day.
