Marie - I can feel your pain through your words. I lost my beloved just about 8 months ago; and I can related to your pain. Just last night I was praying to God because I honestly felt that I was not handling the grief process. I miss him so much and living without him is so difficult. I too cry so often that I wonder if this is normal. Yesterday was a very bad day for me. I think it is because last Easter was the last holiday we spent as a family; and preparing for this Easter is so difficult knowing that our beloved will not be there with us. Intellectually and spiritually, I know that he is in a better place with God; however, the kids and I miss him so much. I hope that you will find peace in your heart. I know..we just endure this pain. Today, I took my grandchildren fishing today by our house..something my husband would do. The kids miss their grandpa as much as I do. The kids & I pray to the Lord & the kids asked Jesus to give grandpa a hug from them. Marie, our grandchildren need us..no matter how painful this is for us.

I really feel your pain. And it's not just empathy - I'm feeling the exact same way myself. He would prefer you to move on because he'd want you to be happy, but he wouldn't rush you through a grieving process that we each need to work through in our own time.

Maria - my heart goes out to you. I can relate to your pain.. I am coming up for 5months since the loss of my husband and there is not a day that I don't cry... I agree time does not lesson the pain nor the loss I feel as time passes I am feeling the loss even greater.. It really becomes a reality that they have gone forever.

Maria I feel so sorry for your pain. I know what you are talking about. I still call my wife's cell phone out of habit, I feel here everywhere. I know everyone says this will all pass but I'm not so sure. And I'm not so sure I even want it to pass, just the pain maybe. Hold on and know we are here and your friends that do understand.

Marie sorry for your pain. I understand your pain. It has been 15 months since the lost of my husband. The pain is unbearable at times. You will have highs and lows. This road of life is filled with curves, valleys, detours, just try to navigate as best you can. HUGS to you.

Marie, I'm feeling everything you are. I look at my husbands videos all the time and when I thinkg how badly I want to be able to hug him it is an unbearable pain. It's been almost 14 months for me and I think I miss him more the more time that passes. I don't really know how to help us but I wanted you to know that you are not alone. Take care, Robin
