As I sit here I realize since God called my dear husband home on September 8, 2016 not a day goes by that I don't miss him or think of him. I am still so lonely even though I am surrounded by family and caring friends. I feel like I'm just existing, no real purpose in life right anymore, honestly it makes me scared for my future, with him I knew what I wanted, cause we wanted the same things, he took care of me, I knew my hunny had me. I'm not just talking financial means, but my husband spoiled me with love, affection, laundry!!..just everything from the biggest of things to the smallest of things....I miss him so much I can scream right now, no matter how many tears I cry or snot I slang he is still not here....damn!!!!!....this is horrible, I will continue to pray and maybe one day, just one day I will be alright...I know it's been about a month since i posted, but i do read occasionally bUT no matter the time I am so grateful and thankful for this sight so many here like me and I just feel like I can pour my heart out to you all and you understand because your are here as well...thanks for listening. ..I'm rambling now, watching TV or the TV is watching me and im typing away..until next time...take care of yourself

I have so much sympathy and understanding of what you are feeling. I lost my husband in November and I have been feeling much like you. I wish I could perform magic and take this pain away for us and just leave the beautiful memories. Someone said the grief is the price we pay for our love. I guess that is true. George spoiled me too and I was blessed to have him in my life, as I am sure you feel about your love as well. They tell us that time will help us heal. I so hope that proves to be true in our case because the pain is sometimes excruciating. I hope it helps you to talk about it with us. It helps me. God bless.

I lost my husband Dec 10, 2016...So I'm right there with you..I'm trying to keep doing the next right thing....but hey, I spent last night and this morning crying, and singing old Bonnie Raitt songs.

I lost my husband November 17th. I feel you. He spoiled me too. He was my at-home-hubby and I recently had to fill up gas in my car for the first time in years. How stupid is that? It felt so foreign and just not right. Even still
Screw all that stuff. I would do all of it if he was just sitting in the couch. Ugh. So frustrated. So sad. I'm with you. The TV is on but I fell
Like it's watching me more than I'm watching it.
