Hello, I have been widowed for 14 months after 41 yrs of marriage. I was just 14 when I got married so I have never been on my own, and I'm not doing a very good job of it now. I was his only caregiver and now I don't know what to do with myself, with no one to care for. I'm so lost family and friends don't understand, and I find myself disconnecting from them. I don't know what to do or if I want to do anything. I just want t fade away.
