I've been bawling all last night and all day today. Can't seem to stop.
If anything can go wrong, it has since my husband passed.
The lastest is the 32 inch TV that my parents just had to send home with me. The dang thing was in the back of my Jimmy for a week and 2 days and 450 miles.
Of course, everyone promises to come and get things in for me, but no one ever shows up to actually do it. Finally got it in the house and up on top of the armoire. I know that sucker weighed at least 200 pounds. Well, guess what! The damn thing doesn't work. I don't have the remote control or the book. Dad still has them in Indiana and I am in WV. And mailing them to me is just way to much effort when I will be back there in a month. In a month, I may have used the damn thing for target practice!
I had just enough booze in me Tuesday, I should have went with my instincts, backed down a boat ramp and kicked the SOB in the river. Would have been a lot less grief.
I want to just join my husband. It would be so much simplier. No kids, only my parents and the've never been too pleased with the way I live my life.
I'm tired, and bitchy and don't even like being with myself.
And to top it all off, I have to drive to a pool tournament 50 miles away on Saturday. And I haven't been shooting too good lately. And I really didn't want to drive but most of the team has small cars or no air conditioning. Wouldn't be so bad if they helped pay for the gas.
Maybe I'll be able to laugh again later today. I'm usually the one laughing, to keep from crying.

A blonde is trying to start her car; calls the garage mechanic and asks where she should put the 710 in her car...........
Sounds like all you ladies know how to do this already... Nancee
"seven and seven". The guy brought me a bottle of Seagrams 7 without batting and I. I was mortified when I went outside and realized what I had asked for. You can tell I am not a big drinker.. For those who don't not drink I have the Seagrams with Seven-up, therefore the dumb request.
My latest laugh, is when my washing machine got unbalanced, and walked in front of the door, to the laundry space. Door opens in, and I could barely get my arm in trying to push the washer back, to clear the way. Well, I couldn't get a good grip, and thats my arthritic hand, that swelled up. So, there I was, stuck in the door laughing like a lunatic. Somehow, after quite awhile, I go unstuck, then got a broom handle, to reach further back to push. Now, I leave that dooor open!
