My husband died a week ago in a fatal car accident last week, and I can't eat can't leave the bed. I'm alone and we were only married 2 years, so no chance for a future, I think my future is dead.

Hi both , first of all big hugs to you both . It's going to be 3 months for me and I lost him in our honeymoon so I can really very well understand what you are goin through . M still in anger and not able to accept still . I still feel he is gonna come back . But I will say it has got better from day 1 to day 84 today . So hang in there , scream cry howl do whatever it takes for the pain to go . Drink lots of water if you don't feel like eating it's fine , try eating just one meal per day atleast . We all here have walked miles in your shoes and we know that pain is so so unbearable but it definitely gets better . I still crying for whole day , the time I sleep is the only time I don't miss him and when I wake up it all hits again boom . I hate God a lot after the incident , but still sending prayers for you both . My future planned with my husband is also gone . And yea try to sleep and take rest . Keep writing here

There is no answers to the questions comin up in my mind now , I tried to figure out a lot why this happened why . But there is absolutely no answers . Family has been a great support , I still don't sleep well gets panick attacks .but it has got a lot better . I Take sleeping pills to sleep . Take one min at a time . I never thought about tomorrow from that date , I have promised I won't plan anything anymore , also I still haven't gathered strength to look at his stuff yet . So my advise will be whatever you do to get through each day now is abs fine .

dont be sad . tell me feeling sad and depressed in any manner help you ?it happens.i know how hard it is to accept this fact. but life must go on.keep your self busy in some activity that will help you deviate your mind from your grief.dont blame god we get angry with god for our loss. this is life nothing is certain here. as long as you fight with truth you will make yourself sick. accept truth and move one. i truly believe god will take care of us.if he closes one door he will certainly will open another to compensate the loss.pray to god .keep your self busy in work or job. take care
