father.. It is normal to dream of your husband..I wish I had more dreams of my husband, Dennis..who passed suddenly 21 months ago in his sleep of a heart attack..
But I've had many signs from my skeptic Dennis that he is still around as have my children and grandchildren..
Talk to your children and explain to them how you're feeling and ask them if they want or need to talk about your husbands passing..Tell them about your dreams and that it's alright to cry..
Come here often there are many of us who are a little farther along in our journey through grieve and can help you..Just know the feelings you are having right now are the same feelings most of us have experienced..
There are three good Chicken Soup for the Soul books, you might want to get..
Dreams and Premonitions....
Miraculous Messages from Heaven..
Touched by An Angel...
Take care peace and hugs...Gail..
Don't cry because it's over..smile because it happened..
I have grandchildren the same ages as your children. They all react in their own way. I often feel the little twins are naughtier when I visit as their Poppy isn't with me. The older one is a lot quieter but has made a collection of Poppy memories in her bedroom. I constantly include Poppy in the conversation and by doing this I hope to keep his memory alive and also, however heart breaking it may be, it does teach them about life.
I am sure you are doing an absolutely magnificent job with your children. Much love xx
