Hurt and depressed and sad

lost my best friend and love in December. 1 day before my birthday.  It is so not right.  The hospital screwed up so so bad.  He should be here.  I am at a complete loss.  And it gets worse everyday,.   And to top it all of he left mostly everything to his daughters, which includes the house, so now I don't have him or a home.  I am so devastated.  And the daughters, who I thought and loved as my own are totally screwing me.

I'm so sorry about your loss. Take good care of yourself, get enough rest and take each day one day at a time. Seek God and ask Him to guide you, give it all to Him. He is right there with you. An angel is assigned to each of us. We are never alone. I hope that you are able to have a roof over you.

i have tried so so hard. I prayed to God everyday to let him come home with me. I have asked him everyday to help me. I just don't know what to do. i lost my best friend ever. He was always there for me. It just hurts so bad . i know it's been a month. but now that i am alone and with my own thoughts it is so hard.

And his best friend Lucy., a rottie., whom he adored is breaking my heart. She watches every day for him to come home .....
I try so hard for her but it's so hard trying to deal with my own.

So sorry for your loss. Death does change your address book and you find out who your friends are. My love never changed his will and left everything to his daughters also. My saving grace was that I never sold my house, so I did have somewhere else to go. Maybe you can get survivors benefits and buy the house from his daughters.

So very sorry for your loss and the fact that it is being made so much harder by the situation with his daughters and the house. Contact Social Security to see if you are entitled to something. Also, if he served in the military, call the VA to see if there are benefits you can get. I agree with jdhayes that death changes your address book. After my husband died I found out some of his family members were very greedy and I no longer associate with them.

We don't know how many days we have on earth, only God does.
Questions abound...
Why was he taken?? We aren't given the answers but God is in control.
It has been 3 years for me. I was much more fragile @ a month. Give yourself time...
Lonely, yes....Continue to talk to God for strength & comfort.

Hugs. I am so sorry for your loss, and so sorry that practical things are in turmoil too.
