Widows & Widowers Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have lost a husband, wife, or partner. Anything is open for discussion here, with the hope that we can focus on grief, bereavement, life after loss, and continuing on after a great loss.
I'm so sorry that you are at a weak point now. At some point we all breakdown. There is hope to help you through the struggling times. Thank goodness. And there is sadly no way to catch on quickly as to what to do or how to behave while dealing with painful times following the death of a loved one. Though you are wise to find a strong, caring support group right away. Sharing your thoughts & feelings with other people who are responding to grief will help you to prepare for the unpredictable times ahead. For the good of it all, there is more experience inside a bereavement support group. So you may expect to feel better as you find comfort with those sharing in your feelings.
Many blessings and warm hugs to you and your beloved children. I am certain that through your two children traces of your shared love will kindly lift your spirits during the darker times as well. Much love.
I am leaving you a few helpful links where you may continue to read and understand how to further reason through your emotional and mental pain. Please take great care of you & your children.
