Heartaches for loved one

What do you do if all you can think about is your partner or spouse and you want to be with them so badly you feel your heart breaking and longing to be join them in heaven?

How do you deal with the ongoing misery you feel day after day, that nothing else satifies, looking for other partners, feeling dead inside, knowing in your heart that your soulmate wants to be with you just as badly as you desire with him or her?

For now, you're separated by the thin veil of the physical and spiritual, but you feel in your heart that you don't want to wait to be with them again and would wish more than anything to sacrifice your life to be together again?

I have done everything I know to help myself, but in the end, I feel that huge void left by my partner. How do I find the strength and meaning to continue?

That's a good question that I have struggled with all year. I was very suicidal several times. Today I am very depressed because the one yr mark is tomorrow. But I prayed for God to give me a reason to live and to have mercy on my suffering. I now feel comforted eventhough I still feel so empty inside. He did give me a reason. I have comforted others going through suffering and he keeps showing me others in need who hurt as bad as me. We are lucky that we have a faith in eternal life and that we are going to be with our loved one again. I was comforted today to feel that Rick was with our 2 miscarried babies and he knows what they look like. I will keep you in my prayers. we are going to make it.

That's a hard question to answer. But my faith is what keeps me going. I believe that one day we will all be with our loved ones again and what a beautiful reunion it will be.
We just have to continue taking one day a time. This journey of grief and pain we must travel on is a hard one but we will all make it.

I know how you feel as I just passed the 6 month mark of the passing of Marty. I know he would want me to go on and have a happy life.I talk to him and know he would be sad if I was sad. We talked about what each would want if something ever happened to one of us. He told me to go on,have a great happy life and we would meet again.Hang on tho the thoughts of what your partner would want you to do with your life and live it that way.
