Anne and I loved to grill. Well truth be told I love to grill. Anne enjoyed the meals that came off it. She would help with the prep but I did all the grilling. She wouldn't even turn it on. She was always afraid of a gas explosion. We would grill anything from pizza to lobster. I've spent many New Years Eves grilling steaks and lobsters. We or should I say I (can't get out of that habit yet) live in Northeast Pennsylvania. So grilling on New Years Eve proved challenging. But we did it. Because we enjoyed it. This past Saturday afternoon was nice so I decided to grill up a few burgers for myself. Hit me hard when I only threw 2 on the grill. Where was that third? When we did burgers always 2 for me 1 for her. Grilling for one sucks!!!
