My dearest MYRB. I am so sorry for the incredible loss you have suffered. You are quite heroic in my eyes because I wouldn't be standing upright if not for at least a measure of love and support that my Dad has given me after losing my love, my husband Mark. So please take care of yourself as you now need to be there for your kids. Just one day at a time. Eat right. Sleep. Rest. Ask for help if you have any other support systems. I have tried to take on too much on my own and I have suffered the consequences... You are an inspiration to me. Please keep going no matter how bad it gets. Sending you big love. Yolanda

That is a lot to carry on anyone's shoulders. There aren't going to be any magic words. We all wish there were. I am glad you found this site. It is true, that sharing and knowing there is someone else who knows what your going thru helps. It helps a lot.
The one thing that is common among a lot of the folks here, is what you wrote about being lonely. It seems that people have this habit of disappearing on you just when you need them the most. So come here and share what your comfortable with and read all you can. It truly helps.
My name is Tim. My wife went to heaven last August suddenly without warning. I came home from work that morning and she was gone in her sleep. Coming here has gotten me thru so much.

Most important, take care of yourself. Be patient with yourself. Don't rush anything and don't let anyone else push you to move quicker than your own pace.

Oh my, I am so very sorry. I lost my husband in feb. but my father was many years ok. I can not imagine loosing both at the same time. My heart goes out to you. I wish I had a magic answer but I will pray for you. I am starting therapy tomorrow cause I know I need help, everything hasn't worked.
There are some wonderful people on this site and give great advice so just post and talk all you want and you will get wonderful feedback and believe that does help

The only thing I can offer you is to wait and time will help you learn how to live with it.I lost my first husband when i was 21 and 6 months pregnant with a 16 month old son. He was killed on the job. I met someone 2 years later and we got married and had 5 other children we were together for 36 years Im waiting for time..to help My second husband passed on March 3 2016. I totally lost it last week but am going to not allow anger in my heart will try and think os special people and moments :)

I am sorry for both your losses. When my husband Cliff died, I was left 'last man standing' as we had already buried all 4 of our parents. It is so tough when you realize that overnight it's all on you. I had lost my own Dad when I was pregnant with my first child, but I never expected to finish raising my kids without any of my parents AND without their father.

I know it seems unbearable right now, but you will get through this. You are stronger than you know. Don't give up.
